    Born on June 9, 1946, Bay Shore, N.Y. Education -- Virginia, Grade School; Florida, High School (Northeast High School, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida), graduated 1965. College Southwestern College 1965- 66. U.S. Navy (four years active duty, 1966-70), Fire Control Gun and Missile Radar Petty Officer, 3rd Class. College San Diego evening college 1972- 77, graduated with degree in physical science, physics, June 1.
    Moved to Arizona, 1979. Worked on special projects: relativistic nuclear reactor, ion radiation shield, cosmic ray power conversion (1960 to 1965); rotating louver spacecraft re-entry system (1960), a space and earth defense shield -- "northern hemispherical defense --- N.H.D. and a prediction of the application of its systems and subsystems to "improve the world" 1963-65. Worked on an adaptive optics system; (automatic, adjust focus lens system based on sharpness of distant objects 1968-69; a study of high speed underwater objects designs 1962-65, 1970-75, 1980-85 an electrostatic underwater drive system (experiments); a high speed underwater plasma drive; 1990, an E.M. tether experiment and concept for power generation, 'Autumn Essay', 1965 spinning weight (variable length) propulsion for satellites, 'Autumn Essay', 1965.
    Currently working on solutions to grand unification and vector manifold theories 2004 -
