Mr. Hotchkis served as an officer in the Strategic Air Command during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged at the conclusion of that conflict, holding the rank of 1st Lt. Since discharge, he has been a long time member of the Defense Orientation Conference Association (DOCA) and an active advocate of keeping America military strong as the best way to insure peace in the world.
