    Honored by:

    Aerospace engineer and educator, native of Greece, graduated from Jacksonville University, the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Pennsylvania State University. His expertise in aircraft structural analysis & design has been derived from his technical experience as Structures Engineer with Piper Aircraft Corporation and as consulting engineer with Naval Weapons Center, Lockheed Aircraft Service Company, Northern Power Systems/Field Service & Maintenance, Rockwell International, and Wyle Labs. He was responsible for the final phase of certification of CHEYENNE I in England and later, prepared flight & ground loads and test proposals for the successful structural substantiation of the wing and horizontal tail of CHEYENNE II-XL. He has taught primarily in the structures area at the Pennsylvania State University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, and the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. He was an early leader in developing the structures curriculum, establishing and equipping the Materials and Structures & Instrumentation laboratories, and graduating the first two classes of aeronautical engineering students at E-RAU. He is the recipient of the Golden State Award and listed in Men of Achievement and several Who's Who publications.
