Prof. Junxiang Liang has 35 years of control engineering and development experience in aerospace high technology institutes. Achievements include:
- Solution of oscillation problem on nonlinear control system
- Formulation of aircraft overall strategy
- Study and control of High Thrust/Weight Engine Research Program.

He was the Chief Engineer of Full Authority Digital Engine Control Program of China Aerospace Ministry; Professor of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China; Visiting Scientist of MIT; Member of China Aerospace Science and Technology Committee, and Senior Member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA),USA.
