In recognition of over 50 years of contributions to the aircraft industry and aerospace sciences. Mr. Bullen's accomplishments, especially in the field of stress analysis engineering, were significant to the development of the T-38 fuel tank, design of the F-5 fuel tank and space re-entry vehicle.
