Richard D. McMillen graduated Magna cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in 1986 with a degree in electrical engineering. He continued his education at George Washington University and received a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering in 1988.
Following his graduation from George Washington, Richard was employed by Martin Marietta. In 1989, he accepted a position with the United States government and was assigned to the Defense Department where he currently works in Arlington, Virginia.
