A. Richard (Dick) Nernberg is an aviation enthusiast who has used multiple airplanes to build a real estate empire stretching from Maine to Florida. Dick has owned and flown 10 airplanes, accumulated over 8,000 flying hours, and flies his Cessna Citation XLS+ jet regularly. Remarkably, he is one of the most senior jet pilots in the country actively flying. His love of aviation extends nearly five decades and ranges from piston aircraft, to turboprops, to jets. Dick credits aviation as the primary tool that enabled his business to flourish. He has flown all over the world and is a true ambassador for business aviation.
