Born Aug. 16, 1938 in Bluefield, W. VA. Graduate of Virginia Tech in 1960. Active Duty Air Force 1960 to 1966. Hired by United airlines 1966. Member of Virginia Air National Guard 1967 to 1972. Retired from United Airlines September , 1988 as Chief Pilot of the Washington Domicile. Married Saundra Fiveash of Bainbridge, GA on Dec. 21, 1963. Two children; Suzanne born May 27, 1967 and Matthew born May 17, 1969.
