    Wall of Honor Level:
    Air and Space Friend

    Honored by:
    Mr. Edward Coleman

Despite his being denied the opportunity to become a pilot due to eyesight requirements, Richard MacLeod has always been, and continues to be, passionate on the subject of military and commercial aviation. Our father served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years and during that time Richard was afforded the opportunity to view different military aircraft from living on various installations which housed the likes of B-52s, C-130s, etc. He is an avid follower of air shows - witnessing the dynamics of the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels. His knowledge of all types of military aircraft and commercial aviation is astounding and his love of aviation – endless!

To commemorate his overwhelming passion for aviation and the respect he holds for those who serve in all aspects of aviation, his family would like to honor him on the occasion of his 40th birthday - July 27,2001, by having the inscription of his name placed on the National Aviation and Space Exploration Wall of Honor. Thank you!
