    1920's Witnessed overflight of the renamed Zeppelin the Los Angeles 1927 Witnessed overflight of Lindbergh and inspected Spirit of St. Louis 1930's, Inspected Keystone Bombers. Spoke personally to (then) Capt. James Doolittle who had just demonstrated the Curtiss Hawk at which time he claimed the unheard of speed of 200mph at the bottom of a dive. Witnessed looping of a Ford Trimotor 1935. Became an amateur astronomer and telescope maker 1944+. Became an Aviation Electronics Technicians Mate in WWII. Lately Member of the Planetary Society. Member Aviation and Space section of the Smithsonian.
