Mr. Briskman has been Executive Vice President of Engineering of Sirius Satellite Radio since its founding in 1991. He was similarly employed for the prior 32 years at Geostar, COMSAT, and NASA directing the implementation of satellite telecommunications systems. Mr. Briskman holds engineering degrees from Princeton University and University of Maryland and is a Fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). He has published over 50 technical papers and holds a number of
patents.
