Robert has done more to promote all phases of aviation than anyone else I know.
He learned to fly as a teenager and promptly saw he could put a runway on the farm. This has evolved into what is now Cecil County Airport with a 3,000’ paved runway, hangars and maintenance shop.
He leads FAA seminars and I on many aviation boards and organizations.
