    Mr. Gregory M. Duggan

Robert E. Duggan was born in Ringgold, Georgia on June 7, 1928. As a young boy, he caught his first glimpse of an airplane in flight as he plowed the family fields. From that moment, flying became his true passion. He learned to fly while serving in the United States Army Air Corps. He earned his Private Pilot License in 1949 and flew for most of his adult life--well into his 70's. "Captain Bob," as he was affectionately known by his friends, was a great student and teacher of the art and science of flight. He passed away on March 8, 2014, and rests eternally in the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada. He is survived by his wife Anne; his son Greg and daughter-in-law Terri; his granddaughters Monica and Chelsea; and his sisters Charlotte and Joyce. (11/11/2014)
