Since entering the aerospace field in 1959, Robert E. Hill has made contributions in the areas of structural dynamics, aeroacoustics, systems acoustics, structural vibration, and mechanical/pyrotechnic shock for manned/unmanned spacecraft, payloads, and industrial application.

The highlights of his career have been in spacecraft development throughout the Apollo and Space Shuttle programs. Robert considers it an honor to have been a member of many exceptionally successful teams which accomplished truly great technical feats under the banners of North American Aviation, Rockwell International and Boeing. Recognition as the Senior Principal Engineer in the Boeing Technical Fellow Program is the culmination of a very satisfying and rewarding career.
