Retired Hughes Aircraft Co. 1989 ; over thirty years experience in the design of spacecraft attitude control and positioning systems and overall spacecraft system integration. Over 27 years with Hughes Space and Communications Group, with experience in line management, project management, and technical design of spacecraft attitude control systems and positioning systems. Managed Hughes Guidance and Control Systems Laboratory 1984 thru 1989 retirement – approximately 350 scientists and engineers responsible for design, manufacture, test, and integration of control and positioning systems for satellites and spacecraft, including DIRECTV satellites, and various NASA, commercial, and classified spacecraft.

Author of 8 technical publications regarding spacecraft/satellite control and guidance systems.
