Bob, my oldest son, was born October 29, 1953. While going to Old Dominion University, he flew my 182 Cessna with skydivers at Suffolk, VA. In his senior year, he flew mail from Norfolk, VA to Baltimore, MD to Pittsburgh, PA to Erie, PA and return. He would get back to Norfolk in time for classes.
After graduation, he became chief pilot for Heilig-Meyers for 14 years. While with Heilig-Meyers he earned his A&P licenses. He is now chief pilot for Martin Grass.
His love has always been aviation.
