Robert Olislagers is Director of Airports for San Bernardino County and Adjunct Professor of Aeronautics at Palomar College/ California. A 1991 Airport Executive of the Year, he holds B.A., M.A., Ph.D. degrees and is a Certified and Accredited Airport Executive. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Airport Executives and the Flight Test Historical Foundation at Edwards AFB. He is a Lifetime Member of the Air Force Association and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the 6512th Flight Test Squadron. He is also a Founding member of the National Air & Space Society
and a Charter member of the American Museum at Duxford, U.K. He is the Author of “Fields of Flying” (1996) with the Forward written by General Chuck Yeager (USAF Ret.)
