Ronald Ralph (Ron) Redpath began flying when he was a baby with his father, Donald R. Redpath, as the pilot. As a child, Sunday afternoons were spent washing the company airplane with his father and then the whole family would take the plane for a flight to "dry it off'. Ron joined Civil Air Patrol as a teenager and received his private pilot license during his freshman year at college. He has worked for Piper Aircraft, General Dynamics and Pacific Propeller, Inc..
