From 1951 to 1973, Ronald Wilson Pulling was Deputy Associate Administrator for Plans for the FAA in Washington, D.C. He developed the first and directed subsequent annual National Aviation Systems Planning Programs including the first national seminars instituting public participation in FAA program development and review.
From 1976 to 1995, he was consultant in major airport planning, design, and airport management projects including architectural planning and design for Queen Alia International Airport (Jordan); Kimpe International Airport, Seoul, Korea; Lisbon International Airport, Lisbon, Portugal and airports in Bangkok, Thailand and Macau.
