Ronnie W. Hellard has worked in the airline industry for 48 years. He began his career with Southern Airways in Monroe, La. A year later, he was hired by Delta Air Lines in Charlotte, NC where he is still working as a Supervisor of Airport Services.
During his 47 years of employment with Delta, Ronnie has never used a sick day. He was honored by Delta Air Lines in 2001 for his many years of service and dedication. As a tribute to him, Delta flew Ronnie and his wife on the restored DC-3 airplane from Charlotte, NC to Baltimore, MD.
Ronnie has truly enjoyed working in the airline industry and has no plans to retire anytime soon.
