    Honored by:
    Ms. Martha Krug

Captivated by the transatlantic flight of Charles Lindbergh, Dad left the family farm in Waddington, New York, and attended Parks Air College in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1937, he accepted an apprentice position with Lockheed Aircraft Corporation in Burbank, California, where he worked until his death in 1967. A member of the International Association of Machinists, assignments evolved from Production Flight Inspector Lead Man in 1957 to the Advanced Development Project, "Skunk Works." Memorializing Dad along with the P-38, Constellation, and SR-71 Blackbird is a great tribute.

Wall of Honor profiles are provided by the honoree or the donor who added their name to the Wall of Honor. The Museum cannot validate all facts contained in the profiles.
