Ryan is a year 2000 graduating high school senior. He has received appointments to all three military academies and has chosen to attend the United States Air Force Academy and major in Astronautical Engineering.
He is a leader in his class, with a 4.0 GPA, varsity cross country and track state competition, an accomplished percussionist with state honors and an Eagle Scout.
Since a youngster, his ambition has been related to space and going to Mars. He has attended several NASA space camps and has a keen interest in astronomy.
