Sandy Postel has a long and distinguished career in aviation. A senior executive in the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. Ms. Postel has held various positions working on major Boeing commercial programs, including the 777, 747-400, Next Generation 737, and the High Speed Commercial Transport.
Over the years she has played an important role in aviation safety, working together with the Federal Aviation Administration and other aviation industry leaders.
She is active in the Society of Women Engineers, serving on its Industrial Advisory Board at Purdue University. She served as the first Chair of the Quality Steering Group of the Aerospace Industries Association of America, and is also active in the International Aerospace Quality Group.
