Sgt. Lofgren served in the USAF from October 1963 to November 1967 as an Administrative Specialist. He was stationed overseas at Karamursel Air Station, Turkey April 1964 - September 1965.
Sgt. Lofgren then served at HQ USAFSS, Kelly AFB, San Antonio, TX September 1965 - November 1967 until his discharge.
He also served TDY for three weeks in October 1967 at Hickam AFB, Honolulu, Hawaii on a special mission with joint military and Atomic Energy Commission.
