Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, John enlisted in the Army Air Corps on December 8, 1941. After training he was sent to England and from there to Africa and then Italy. John serviced P-38s and P51s. John’s brothers Joe and Frank also served in the Army Air Corps.
John returned to Fall River after the War was over, married Doris Levesguz in 1950. John passed away in 1980.
