Mr. Eugene S. Meieran
Mr. Meieran flew numerous bombing missions as a navigator over Germany, 1942-1943, after he escaped from occupied Norway in 1940. He joined the Royal Norwegian Air Force in Canada before being assigned to a crew in England. He was shot down, captured, and escaped several times before he was liberated at the end of the war. He is a RNAF and Norwegian hero.
