Entered service 18 August 1942 and served as a mechanic with the 494th Bomb Group, 466th Bomb Squadron in the South Pacific. Discharged January 1946. Recalled to Army Air Corps in June 1950. Served until discharged with an Honorable Retirement in June 1973. At time of discharge, was a Nuclear Weapons Supt.
