Tech. Sgt. David B. Dahlberg, flight engineer-gunner, Howard Peterson crew, 487 Bomb Group, 837th Sq., Eighth Air Force, WWI. Flew 35 missions in combat over Germany. Air Medal with 5 OLC. Flew all our missions with 2 ladies, Picadilly Lilley and Queen of Hearts. The 487th Bomb Group were called “The Gentlemen from hell” and stationed at Station 137, Lavenham, England.
