    Ted Gregor attended the University of Miami where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer for Aero Kool Corporation since 1987. His leadership, profound guidance and sincere dedication to Aero Kool Corporation has led his company to national and international certification within the aviation industry. Aero Kool is an FAA, JAA and CAAC, DGAC, various OEM & military approved Repair Station, specializing in airframe and engine component accessory repair, overhaul, sales and manufacturing. Aero Kool is also ISO9001, Q9001 and AS9000 qualified, located in Hialeah, Florida and has been in business for over 43 years. Ted worked with his father, Jerry T. Gregor, who birthed Aero Kool in 1959 and established a foundation for his business career. Ted has contributed to the growth of his company by starting from the ground floor as a bench technician to becoming Chief Engineer in 1972 where he was responsible for production and marketing. He moved the company forward by expanding the company's product line and increasing its overall capabilities.
    Ted has lectured for the FAA and counseled for NTSB on component evaluation and accident investigation. Based on his experience and background, he has maintained professional affiliations with numerous aviation oriented organizations, such as AIAA, SAE, PAMA, ASQ, ARSA, AWSA, ASM International, CASE, GMAA, AEC, ISA. He has served as both a Director and as President of the Miami Maintenance Management Council (MMMC), currently serves as Board of Director member of several private organizations including VP of Board of Directors of Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Miami, serves on the Beacon Council's Aviation Task Force for South Florida, is a director of Greater Miami Aviation Association (GMAA) and is a director of the Coalition of Airline Providers (CAP). He was honored as the recipient of the GMAA Eddie Rickenbacker Award for his contribution to the aviation industry in South Florida for 2001.
