    RIP 18 Mar 2000 Ted was born in Batavia NY on 6-19-1937. Spent all of his childhood and teen years there. He attended University of Buffalo and played football for them on scholarship. He applied to be an Air Force cadet, went thru cadet training in TX (San Antonio) and was stationed at Oxnard AFB as a navigator. He applied for and attended pilot training at Laughlin AFB, Del Rio TX in 1963-64 and then F-100 training at Luke in 1964. From there he was assigned to the 81st TFS, 50TFW, Hahn AB, West Germany. When the wing converted to F-4s in 1966 he went to Baumholder as an ALO/FAC. He flew F-100s as a Misty FAC with Det1 416TFS, Phu Cat Air Base Vietnam, then returned to the states as a T-33 instructor at Cannon AFB, NM. He once again flew the F-100 as an instructor and Air Force Advisor with the 162d TFG at Tucson IAP AZ 1970-74. From there he had varied other USAF assignments until retirement in 1986
