He has not given his life in service of aviation and space history like countless heroes of war or brave astronauts the like of Crissum, White or Chaffee.
He is no aviation scholar. No aerospace pioneer. No legend. No rising star. “He is Timothy F. O’Daniel: a husband, father and every man; an enthusiast whose veins course with a love, knowledge and thirst of (and for) aviation and space-past, present and future. He is an amateur historian, a sometimes teacher and a long-time dreamer of all things air and space.
