"Travelling Jacket" has had a long and illustrious history of selfless service to the public, ensuring that justice was served and innocent lives protected. As a member of the Albuquerque Police Department and the APD Aviation Department, TJ participated in numerous undercover operations resulting in the apprehension of dangerous criminals. Upon retirement, TJ continued the aviation-themed career, this time in service to the nation, transporting some of the country's most vital assets. TJ has represented the United States as an ambassador of goodwill, visiting countries around the globe, from the majestic Canadian Rockies to the snows of Antarctica, from the exotic Far Eastern cities of China to the historic capitals of Western Europe, from Australia's outback and New Zealand's forests to the highest peaks of South America. TJ has toured the great National Parks and Monuments of the United States, as well, and spread the message of aviation and law enforcement to cities and towns across America. Throughout all of these adventures, TJ has been an outstanding representative of Albuquerque, New Mexico, the United States, and the values and ideals so dearly held by all of us.
