    Flight engineer on a B-17 crew, piloted by Raymond Myers. Stationed at Mendelsohn, England.

    Plane was crippled over Berlin on March 18, 1945. It crash landed in Poland, and Sgt Jetton was detained by the Russians. He was sent to an American Air Transport Command base in Poltava, Ukraine. He was returned to England by the Air Transport Command by way of Tehran, Iran; Cairo, Egypt; Athens, Greece; Naples, Italy; and Paris France.
