    Wall of Honor Level:
    Air and Space Friend

    Honored by:

Vincent was born in Brooklyn New York. During an interview to try to get into Aviation High School in Queens New York, Vincent (at age 11) told the interviewer he had little airplanes in His veins instead of blood.
Vincent had joined the USAF and during Basic Training he was chosen by a General to undergo the necessary training to see if a brand new recruit could earn his wings and fly as an Combat Aircrew Member. Before Vincent, an enlisted person had to be an E-4 (a Staff Sargent ) or higher, to apply for the training. Vincent was the lowest ranking and youngest person ever to graduate Basic Survival Training, Water Survival Training, Altitude Chamber training, and the actual Aircraft training. Vincent earned his Combat Aircrew Member wings one week before he had earned his first stripe and became an Airborne Gunner on the AC-130H Specter aircraft. This was never done before and it opened up the door for other youngsters to reach for the stars.
Vincent went on to be a flight attendant for Tower Airlines and flew on 747's. He stopped a hijacking of a 747 in Paris France, brought a male passenger from Puerto Rico back to life by administering CPR in flight, and had foiled another passenger's plans to set another 747 on fire who had smuggled a Molotov cocktail aboard another 747.
Vincent is now an Advanced Instrument Ground Instructor, a Commercial Multiengine pilot, and he is working on his Masters Degree in Aerospace Education at Embry-Riddle and working on his Flight Instructor's certificates. Some people just have airplanes in their blood.
