Mr. Kirkpatrick founded and presently serves as President and CEO of DESE Research, Inc. DESE is a knowledge-based high technology organization which conducts theoretical and analytical research in the areas of Defense, Energy, Space and Environment. He formulates the long-term goals and develops business strategies and plans. He plans and manages financial assets, develops corporate policies and procedures, and selects key personnel. Since 1980, he has continually assessed the Third World Threat, especially in the areas of tactical ballistic missiles and chemical weapons. He also advises members of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on intelligence-related matters.
