Wayne's interest in aviation began with his father's WWII and Korean War flying career. This interest became a hobby when, after completing medical school, he became a private pilot and avid aviation history buff.
He now flies his Cessna 172 regularly and visits air shows and museums as often as possible. His most exciting aviation experience was flying the T-33 in New Mexico -- a plane in which his father was a very proficient flyer.
