Aeronautical engineer began working for McDonnell aircraft in St. Louis in 1954. Projects included the F-100, F-104, F-04, Gemini, Skylab, Airlock for Apollo-Soyuz, and harpoon. BS from Chicago Technical College in 1954 on the GI Bill. U. S. Army veteran – SSG, 533rd Engineer Corps, WWII.
