    William Rademaekers was born in New Jersey on July 22, 1924. After serving in the Navy in WW II, he graduated from Lehigh University. He was employed by Hamilton Standard for 32 years. During his career, he was directly involved with the Biosatellite, the Lunar Module, the Apollo suit, the Manned Orbiting Lab, the Skylab, the Shuttle Orbiter, the Shuttle EMUU and the Space Station. He was also an Engineering Field Representative at NASA MSFC, McDonnell Douglas in Huntsville, AL and Huntington Beach, CA7 Bill mentored many young engineers at Hamilton Standard where he worked until his death in 1995.
