A Commercial Pilot and a member of the North Carolina Wing of the Civil Air Patrol. William is a Mission Pilot in the CAP and has been flying since 1966.
He has an instrument rating and a multi-engine rating on his Commercial license.
William has been interested in airplanes since he was a very young boy at the age of two (born November 17, 1934).
