My husband, William Howard Gilbert, worked for Weber Aircraft and was in charge of the Longview Plant (Washington state).

We covered every air show that we could reach! We also stopped to see each airport (field) as we travelled around the States in our motor home! It was a labor of love for him. The Smithsonian was a must on our travels.
