Born October 17, 1925 – was undoubtedly influenced by Charles Lindbergh’s transatlantic flight. Have had a love of aviation ever since. Served in the U.S. Marine Corps in WW II – June 43/46. Discharged Staff Sergeant as Armor Aircraft. Served in the Pacific and the occupation of China. After discharge, raised three daughters, worked in television production and movie production as well as advertising. Retired in 1991 from TV production. Since retirement, I have served as docent at various aviation museums – primarily the Museum of Flying at Santa Monica, California. My vacations include air shows and aviation museums, as well as the culture of the countries visited.
