Bill started his career at the LaGuardia Aeronautic Academy. He moved on to Grumman where he worked on flying boats, then to Sperry on satellite systems. After a short time at Barnes Engineering he moved to Dallas to LTV E-Systems to work on highly classified spy satellites. He then moved to Florida where he worked on the Minuteman and Pershing II computer systems. He climaxed his career at Martin Marietta as a major force behind the Lantirn IR System.
