Mr. William Decota
William R. DeCota was appointed Director of Aviation for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in December 1999. As Director, Mr. DeCota oversees the management of Kennedy International, Newark Liberty International and LaGuardia airports, which together comprise the world's largest aviation system, as well as Teterboro Airport and the Downtown Manhattan Heliport. In that capacity, Mr. DeCota oversees the largest airport improvement program in U.S. history, as well as a total airport commitment to customer service.
