Philanthropist – Valley Forge Military Academy, May Clinic and other educational and medical charities and aviation charities.
Funded school in Barrington, IL for his late wife Barbara Rose, who the school is name for.
Aviation background – began flying in 1952 and continues to this time. Has flown and owned well over 70 different types of airplanes (land and sea) and helicopters.
