A dedicated and loving husband, a friend and a hero to many. A Police Officer of twenty-four years committed to his family, job and community.
William’s hobby and interest in space and aviation history has enlightened many children he has taught over the years. His philosophy has been to get children interested in our country’s achievements, teaching them history and life’s lessons.
He is a fine example of what a person can be with the right attitude and outlook. Although he will never travel to outer space, he is a shining star to those who know him, especially to me.
