Due to the forecast of rain in the DC area, this in-person event has been cancelled.

However, there are other ways for you to celebrate International Observe the Moon Night from wherever you are!

You can find ways to “observe” the Moon despite clouds, or watch a live streamed virtual event, including a view of the Moon from Rome, Italy beginning at 1:30 pm EDT on October 1.
