Activities include:

  • Story Time from 11:00 - 11:30 am
  • Live Chat with retired NASA spacesuit technician Sharon McDougle and space history curator Emily Margolis from 1:00 - 1:30 pm
  • "Design your own moon boot" activity with Girl in Space founder and NASA Aerospace Engineer Sabrina Thompson
  • "Blankets for Spacecraft" activity with Aerothreads, a company that designs, makes and installs multi-layer insulated blankets on spacecraft
  • Craft activity for our youngest visitors
  • A collaborative art activity
  • Interactive scavenger hunt
  • Conversations and Q&As with experts in the field
