Night Jump, 10 December 1972. Two people in scuba diving suits are viewed from above, as if from the perspective of inside the helicopter from which they are jumping. The two people have oxygen tanks on their backs and are holding a bag between them that contains the flotation collar for the command module. They are surrounded by waves of wash that represent the ocean, which is darker on the right and lightens toward the left. Part of the illuminated boilerplate of the command module is evident in the upper left. Writing in the lower right reads: "Apollo 17 / USS Ticonderoga / U.D.T. Team 11 / Night "Simex".
