The notes in the top right read: "Jack Reiley will call Donnely…Russian Academy of Science would like a badge to be designed as souvenir of Apollo Soyouz [sic] for newsmen." The notes in the center on the right read: "Can Jim design badge for news men. Russian suggestion & Stafford thought still possible to design patch."
