    Shaft, tapering down to sharp nose and tapering at rear to very short, straight section at end; three clipped triangular fins at rear, and one slot for additional fin (originally fitted with cruciform fins, with one fin now missing); two black cylinders, non-ferrous metal, with short steel rods at ends of each, each threaded and screwed into body of Dart, one cylinder near nose and other above fins, possibly used for holding overall cylinder in a wind tunnel for wind tunnel testing; end of Dart recessed; chrome plated; hole, 5/8 inches deep in rear and reduced to a 1/4 inche diameter.
